How to place an order
1. Select Tuckshop -> Quick Order Form.
2. Select the Date, Student and Meal session then expand the Category of your choice.
3. Select the Plus button to add the selected item to the cart – repeat to increase the quantity.
              a. If there are choices such as additional fillings or sauces, a popup screen will open. 
              b. You can also add other students or meal breaks to the same order.
4. Select View Cart to review your order and go to the payment process.

Can I place orders for multiple students and days?
You can place orders for multiple students and multiple meal sessions on the same day for a single service fee. But, if you wish to order for multiple days, each day will incur a separate fee.
What are the charges and fees for using the Tuckhsop/Canteen online system?
Parent Transaction fees
(Multiple meal sessions and children’s orders are included in the
one transactional fee per day)

So a family with 3 children ordering for 2 meals sessions for the day pays only 20
cents.

If payment is made via eWallet there is no further charges.

If payment is made via Visa or MasterCard Debit or Credit cards, then a merchant fee of 30 cents plus 1.5% is charged on the total value of the transaction.




How do I top up my eWallet?
 Simply transfer funds to 'SchoolShopOnline'. Bank Account at NAB - BSB: 084 004 Account: 18-859-2705.
When you make a bank transfer, it is very important to note your eWallet number REG00....... , so that it can be processed faster.
I have already registered, how do I add an eWallet?

Go to My Account -  click on 'EDIT Account details' icon.

Click on I want to create an eWallet account .

Answer the two questions.

Click on ‘Save Changes’

Click on the TAB ‘My Account’ and your eWallet Number will appear on the right hand corner of your screen

 To Top Up your eWallet

There are two ways to top up your eWallet; either via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our bank account or via credit card.

Our bank details: BSB: 084-004 Acct No: 18-859-2705

The EFT transaction will take up to 48 hours to appear in your eWallet account.

Please bear in mind that transferring funds suing EFT is free of charge but using credit card to top up your eWallet will incur credit card fees of 30 cents plus 1.5%.

To view instructions please log to your account; click on the 'My Account’ tab and you will be able to see the details of the two processes.

How do I add a student?
Go to My Account and choose Manage Student
How to update your child's class
Select the Tab - 'My students' and follow the prompt.
Add 'New Student' or Add 'Existing Student' as appropriate.

Can an eWallet be set for the family?
 An eWallet is associated with only one parent. A second parent can create separate eWallet.
